This policy explains how extensions published by Stonewren ("we", "our") handle your information. Each extension also states its specific data practices on its Chrome Web Store listing; where they differ, the listing governs that extension.

What we collect

• The content you work with stays on your device. Stonewren extensions are local-first: notes, settings, and the data a tool operates on are stored in your browser (chrome.storage) unless a feature clearly requires a server and says so.
• Anonymous usage events. An extension may report a small, fixed set of non-identifying events — for example that it was installed, activated, shown an upgrade screen, or is still in weekly use — so we can tell whether a tool is useful. These events never include the content you work with, and are not tied to your identity.
• Purchases (for paid features) are handled by a third-party merchant of record; we receive a confirmation that a licence is valid, not your payment details.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not build advertising profiles or track you across the web.
• We do not collect the contents of the pages you visit beyond what a tool's stated function requires.

Permissions

Each extension requests the minimum permissions needed for its function, and each permission is explained on its listing. Our extensions use Manifest V3 and contain no remotely hosted code.

Your choices

You can remove any extension at any time from chrome://extensions; uninstalling clears its locally stored data. To ask a question or request deletion of any data associated with a purchase, contact us below.
